Personal data we process

• When you visit the site, technical logs kept by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and operation: IP address, browser and device information, time of visit.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the name, contact details, information and documents you share with us.

The site does not use cookies and does not track visitors or measure them for advertising.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your personal data is processed to run the site securely, answer your questions, assess your requests for meetings and legal services, and meet our legal obligations. Legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Technical logs relating to the site may be processed on servers abroad by the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.).

Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law, and is then erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
